Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Use various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to engage potential candidates.
  • Screen CV’s and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.

 

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Knowledge of recruitment platform LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with working autonomously, independently and as part of a team.
