Paul founded Zinkworks in 2018 and has grown the company to 200+ engineers, helping businesses modernize legacy OSS and build AI-driven networks. He has also worked with Ericsson and has a proven track record of leading product development and driving Agile transformations.

Paul’s passion for technology drives his work, and he is always seeking new ways to innovate and improve processes. He is skilled in project management, Agile methodologies, and product development and has experience with network management, performance management, and advanced analytics of Telecoms networks.

Aileen is a highly accomplished business executive and the current COO of Zinkworks. Since joining the company in 2018, she has played an integral role in managing and driving the operations of the business to great success. Aileen believes that the most valuable asset of any company is its people, and she works tirelessly to ensure that our employees feel valued and motivated to do their best work.

With extensive experience in running the operations in Zinkworks, Aileen has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. She leverages her expertise to streamline business processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the effectiveness of our operations.

One of Aileen’s key priorities as COO is maintaining the company culture, which is centred on Learning, Teamwork, and Professionalism. David brings over 25 years of experience in building and scaling technology companies to his role as CCO at Zinkworks. With a proven track record of launching successful products and services, David has managed international operations and developed strong customer relationships across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

At Zinkworks, David leverages his extensive global experience to drive commercial strategy and growth. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration.

His specialties include leadership, product innovation, strategy, and deep domain knowledge in telecommunications and financial services. David’s visionary approach and strategic insights continue to propel Zinkworks to new heights in the industry.

Nicolas brings over a decade of C-Suite experience in Go-To-Market, Product Management, and Innovation to his role as CMO at Zinkworks. As the Founder and CEO of Polaris Lab and co-founder of CxO Lab, Nicolas has helped entrepreneurs and executives translate their vision and goals into concrete, actionable, and measurable strategies.

Before joining Zinkworks, Nicolas served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Airties, and Director of Product Connectivity Platforms at Liberty Global. In these roles, he led global marketing efforts, product development, and portfolio management for leading broadband and connectivity solutions. Recognized as one of the Broadband 50 to Watch in 2021, Nicolas is known for his influence and innovation in the industry.

Nicolas is passionate about offering compelling value propositions and user experiences that drive value and growth for businesses. He holds multiple certifications in Digital Transformation, Product Development, Agile, and Program Management methodologies. James has spent over 15 years driving innovation in software development, product strategy, and advanced technology solutions. As a founder of a tech startup in Ireland and with experience leading projects in tier-1 companies’ R&D and production environments, James has built a reputation for delivering impactful results and addressing industry-defining challenges.

At Zinkworks, James leads a team of CTOs, Solution Architects, and Researchers to develop pioneering solutions for Autonomous Networks, leveraging 5G and cloud technologies. His work focuses on creating products that drive value, sustainability, and efficiency while solving complex challenges in telecommunications, financial services, and adjacent industries.

Known for fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation, James combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise to position Zinkworks as a global leader in advanced technology solutions.

Jatin is a visionary technology leader with over 20 years of experience at the forefront of software innovation. As  CTO for Telecoms and OSS at Zinkworks, he spearheads the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that transform the telecommunications landscape. His deep expertise in Telecom domain, Operational Support Systems (OSS) and Cloud technologies has driven the modernization of legacy systems and the creation of AI-powered networks, significantly boosting efficiency and agility for clients across diverse environments.

Beyond his technical expertise, Jatin is a transformative leader with a proven track record in driving Agile methodologies. He empowers teams to be high performing, as evidenced by his successful tenure as Lead Product Owner for a major Ericsson OSS system. In this role, he spearheaded the adoption of Agile practices, fostered collaboration across disciplines, and consistently delivered on challenging product roadmaps.

As a former Google engineer and distinguished thought leader, she possesses a deep understanding of the Telecom and Finance industries, with 5 patents to her credit.
