Hiring Process
A journey through our hiring process
1 - Submit Application
Our application process is quite simple. You can apply directly via our website, or you can also find all open positions in the jobs section below.
2 - Introduction Call
Call Duration: 20-30 Minutes | One of our recruiters will reach out to you for an introduction call. Our recruiter will ask you, among others, about your availability, financial expectations, and discuss our company values.
3 - Case Assessment
If the introduction call goes well, a programming skills assessment will be sent to you via email.
4 - Technical Interview
Interview Duration: 90 Minutes | At this stage of the recruitment process, an interview will be conducted with our senior engineers. They will check your technical knowledge both in theory and in practice - be prepared to solve tasks.
5 - Final Interview
Interview Duration: 30 Minutes | Finally, there will be an interview with your future account manager who will focus on your soft skills, communication skills and teamwork. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at this point.
6 - Offer
If you are the final candidate and you also choose to pursue your career with us, we will provide you with a contract including our position offer and benefits package.
