We identify the candidate and conduct an initial chat with our recruitment lead.

We conduct a technical assessment with our team of technical experts.

One of our Directors assesses the candidate’s culture fit

We then conduct a vetting call with you as our client.

We review interview feedback – from the Director and from Learning and Development (L&D)

Any upskilling plans that are needed for individuals will be agreed with the candidate, L&D, and the line manager

A 3-month internal review is put in place with the candidate, L&D and line manager of progress against the learning and development plan
