Recruitment Talent Sourcer
As the Recruitment Talent Sourcer you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by identifying and engaging top talent in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the building of a robust talent pipeline and to make a significant impact on our future.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Use various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to engage potential candidates.
- Screen CV’s and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel.
- Knowledge of recruitment platform LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with working autonomously, independently and as part of a team.
